Abstract: The article that is proposed to you retraces some elements of Karlfried Graf Dürckheim's career, from his lived experience to a theorization that he developed as soon as he returned to Europe in 1947. It was on the basis of experience that he built the milestones of the initiatory therapy that he theorized as soon as he returned to Germany at the end of the Second World War. A professor of psychology and philosophy, he knew how to combine his academic knowledge with spirituality oriented by Rhenish mysticism. Similarly, he was inspired by the practice of Zen that he discovered during his years spent in Japan. His attention to sensoriality and his striking memories would guide his therapeutic work, his theorization and the support of the many people who came to work with him and his collaborators throughout his life. It is a journey in the footsteps of the "Sage of the Black Forest" that we are invited here, an initiatory journey as close as possible to what constituted the foundations of his thought and practice. Today, many disciples continue his work of transmission and accompany people on the way, in Rütte in Germany or in other countries in Europe, and especially one of his closest disciples, Jacques Castermane, in France in the Drôme.

The method in this study uses Qualitative Research, the type of research used is Action Research. Data collection techniques were carried out with the DASS model test, interviews and observations. Data analysis techniques use interactive models, namely data collection, data reduction, data display and verification and conclusions. A total of 14 (fourteen) adolescents, including 5 (five) women and 9 (nine) men in Tepus Kulon Village took the Pretest and found 4 adolescents with the highest score of stress and anxiety symptoms. The technique used is through three stages, namely the first screening stage using pretest, heat scale, and early detection, as well as initial assessment, the second stage through psycho-education and the third stage of individual counseling. The results obtained show that some adolescents in Tepus Kulon Village experience mental health problems in the form of anxiety and stress symptoms. Abstract: This study aims to identify the factors that affect the academic achievement of all undergraduate students of Haramaya University College of Computing and Informatics. Data were obtained from primary and secondary sources. The primary data were obtained by designing a questionnaire on the student-level and department-level variables. Secondary data were obtained from the registrar of Haramaya University College of Computing and Informatics. The research design is a cross-sectional survey that was conducted on a total number of sample 147 students from six different departments using stratified sampling techniques and choosing the students from the departments using a simple random sampling method. The mean and the standard deviation of the Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of students are 3.05 and 0.44 respectively. A multilevel regression model without explanation and with explanation was applied to analyze the data. After making a comparison between the models, the multilevel regression model with the explanatory variable is the best accounting for 63% variation among six different departments. This indicated that because of high variation between departments, the model is preferred rather than the classical multiple linear regression. The result of the analysis indicated that factors like the economic status of the family, the father’s education status, the way of choosing department preference, the assessment and making criteria, and the study hours per day are significant variables. Those significant variables have a positive effect on the academic achievement of students. There was a high degree of variation in academic achievement of students among six different departments rather than within homogenous/similar departments.
